Internal painting is still going and looks like it will be done once the electrical fit out has been completed. External painting of down pipes, eaves and etc has been completed though.
We were onsite on Saturday morning and to our surprise a team of 5-6 electricians was on site doing our electrical fitout. Looks like all of the downlights has been installed by 11am.
Walk in Robe, butler pantry and linen shelving has also been installed. Our bathroom and ensuite benchtop has been installed. Our kitchen benchtop has been partially installed.

Fixout Completed - Lock Up
We were informed on Friday that our fix out has been completed. Meaning all architraves and internal doors have been put in and the front door has been locked and we no longer have access unless the tradies forgets to lock up.
Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry cabinet has also been delivered and wet area has been waterproofed.
Finally get to see our Lin 1 doors in person and so glad we went with them as a feature item in our house. These doors still needs to be stained in Caoba.

Gyprock & Architraves Completed - Rendering started
Been about two week since we have been on-site. The build is still progressing rather well with gyprock and architraves being completed earlier in the week.
They have also started rendering our facade, seems like the second coat have just been applied. Just waiting on the final top coat.
The house definitely feels a lot bigger after the architraves are installed.

Rough-In Appointment
Had our rough-in appointment today which went for almost an hour. Everything was where it was meant to be so no issue whatsoever.
Also had a good chat with our SS and he thoroughly walked us through what they will be doing for the next couple of weeks. Looks like we will hit lock up by end of September or there about.
Very impressed with our SS, he has great attention to detail and very open and honest with everything. He was happy for us to bring our independent inspector and told us to send him the report so he can go through it to make sure he hasn't missed anything.
Our independent inspector was very impressed with the quality of work on our build. There was one or two very minor issue that needs to be address but besides that it was pretty much spot on.
Insulation and Gyprock will start next week, should be done by next Friday.
We are still targeting to get keys before christmas.
