- 11/10/2014 Secured a block of land at our desired estate. Land size 375m2.
- We looked at a few builders and decided to get tender presentations from Rawson Homes for the Fairview MKIV and McDonald Jones for the Cordova two. Decision time between the two was difficult. Both builders and floor plans had their pros and cons but in the end we decided to go with McDonald Jones.
- 23/11/2014 Paid $3,000 deposit to kick off the deposited variations.
- 15/12/2014 Signed off on the consolidated tender (interim unregistered land) after two variations.

- 16/12/3014 CLO was assigned the next day after signing off on the consolidated tender and MDJ staff were immediately in contact to book in appointments. Preliminary colour selection booked for 09/01/2015. Plan presentation on 30/01/2015. Colour selection 04/02/2015
The journey with MDJ to date has been quite smooth. If you guys ever build with McDonald Jones, I highly recommend our sales consultant Tracey Neilsen located at Oran Park. She is brilliant!
