Frames and Windows delivered

Our frames and windows was delivered a few days ago. Spoke to our CLO and was informed we should get a call in the next few days with an update. Frame should start in the next few days as well.

SLAB!

Our slab went down last Friday!!(10/6/16). Only had time to go check it out today.

It's great to finally see some progress and still mighty impress with the speed of MJH. Our Slab supervisor Ryan have been fantastic and is always and willing to help.

We were told frame should start in two weeks time.

Form work and piering

Today we met our slab supervisor Ryan. Great guy, very friendly and knowledgable. Gave us the run down of next steps and timeline. If all things goes to plan than the slab will be done by next Wednesday.

We provisioned 50 lineal metre of piering in our contract, but only needed 39 lineal metre so we should get approximately $1000 credit back.
